The Enzo's Pizza 23" challenge world record holder (25min), Max Sicherman is serious about food. Though an LA native, Max did not start his Los Angeles food reviewing career until meeting fellow 2JFR author, Anna. The monumental meeting of these two foodiez has brought enough business to Philz and Mazal to pay their leases for at least a year. Max is also taking a break from food blogging this summer to earn some Bezos bux, but will be back to comprehensively search for new restaurants to review whenever the duo link up.
